What I get, and what I do with it
If you email me about your sheet I get your name, your address and whatever you decide to write. If we end up working together I get a copy of the spreadsheet itself, which in most cases means names, phone numbers and amounts belonging to your customers or your staff. I use that copy for one thing: building and testing your app. I do not sell it, I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not feed it to anything that learns from it. The working copy sits on my own laptop and inside the hosting account the project runs on, and nobody else on my side sees it, because there is nobody else on my side.
Who else is in the path
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so there is nothing here that follows you to the next page. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps the ordinary request logs any host keeps. Mail to ignacio@fivedayapp.com is routed by Cloudflare into a Gmail inbox. The work itself is contracted and paid through Upwork, so their terms cover the money and the contract.
When it goes away
On Friday the app, its source code and its data live in accounts in your name, and my access to them ends. I delete my working copies within 30 days of handover, or the day you ask, whichever comes first. Write to ignacio@fivedayapp.com and I confirm in writing once it is done. If you want the same thing in a signed NDA before you send me a single row, send yours and I sign it.
